Children between the ages of 6 and 10 took part in an afternoon
workshop in gallery Sur. They worked in dry point on copper plates,
then the images were printed with a small printing press.

During the Sunsplash music festival in Wiesen, a 2 days’
workshop was organised for children aged 5 to 13. As a reference
to the make-shift houses of shanty towns in the third world,
they built a house of cardboard and wood. |

| During the Weltkultur festival, children aged 6 to 10 took part
in a painting workshop. They painted with acrylic colours on paper,
with an indigenous theme as a starting point from which they developed
their own creative ideas.

During the 2004 Weltkultur festival in the Böhmischer
Prater of Vienna, the idea of Wiesen was taken up again; during
two afternoons, a group of children built a house of cardboard
and wood, painted it and used it as the centre for their games. |
